MAAH invites you to an evening with author, educator, and public historian Leland Owen Clarke, whose work centers on preserving the stories that shape Boston’s communities, especially in Roxbury.Through photographs, archival materials, and cultural artifacts, Something Worth Saving brings forward the lives of churches, educators, musicians, businesses, and everyday individuals whose impact continues to resonate.At a time of rapid change, this program reflects memory, place, and the importance of preserving community history for future generations. A book signing will follow.
