Step into the world of mandalas with this beginner-friendly dot-painting experience, where creativity and mindfulness come together in a calm, supportive space.

Mandalas—ancient symbols of wholeness and balance—are more than just beautiful designs. They can be a powerful tool for self-expression, reflection, and integration, helping us gently connect to the present moment and our inner experience.

In this class, we’ll embrace a beginner’s mind, where curiosity and openness take precedence over perfection. Through the rhythmic practice of dot painting, you may find your mind settling, your body softening, and your attention naturally returning to the here and now.

You’ll be guided through simple techniques while also being given space to move at your own pace—creating a mandala that feels meaningful to you, no matter your skill level.

For those on a healing or personal growth journey, this space can also offer a gentle way to process, integrate, and express your experience through creativity—without the need for words.
