Relive the totally awesome MTV 80s era with ROCK OF THE 80s TOUR, featuring China Crisis “Working With Fire And Steel”, Big Country “In A Big Country”, The Vapors “Turning Japaneses” and The Icicle Works “Birds Fly (Whisper To A Scream)” all on one night, on one stage! This 2.5-hour show filled with hit after hit will take you back to the 80s!



China Crisis is an English pop/rock band. They were formed in 1979 in Kirkby, near Liverpool, Merseyside with a core of vocalist/keyboardist Gary Daly and guitarist Eddie Lundon. China Crisis were originally assimilated in the batch of new wave Liverpool acts of the early 1980s, led by OMD and also including The Teardrop Explodes, A Flock of Seagulls and Frankie Goes to Hollywood. China Crisis are best known for their hits “Working with Fire and Steel”, "Wishful Thinking” and “ Arizona Sky"


Big Country is a Scottish rock band formed in 1981 in Dunfermline, renowned for guitar-driven sound and big drums that evoked bagpipes and folk melodies. Their 1983 debut, The Crossing, featured hits "In a Big Country", "Fields of Fire”, “Wonderland” and “ Look Away” led by Mark Brzezicki, the band continues to tour.


The Vapors are an English New Wave and power pop band from Guild ford, Surrey, most famous for their 1980 international hit single "Turning Japanese" and “The Weekend”. Originally active from 1978 to 1982, the group reformed in 2016 and continues to record and tour.


The Icicle Works are an English alternative rock/neo-psychedelia band formed in Liverpool in 1980 by Ian McNabb (vocals/guitar) Known for the 1983 hit "Love Is a Wonderful Colour" and the 1984 US Top 40 hit "Whisper to a Scream (Birds Fly)", they were a key part of the 1980s Liverpool music scene.
