Location: Linne Woods #2W Dempster St, East of Lehigh AveMorton Grove, IL 60053 Join us for a energizing morning of movement, mindfulness, and community as we celebrate World Tai Chi &amp; Qigong Day 2026. This year’s theme is Arirang: "The Joy of Finding Your True Self." ARIRANG (아리랑)ah-ree-rang /ariraŋ/ 	1. A traditional Korean folk song expressing longing, resilience, and hope.	2. Describing the intensely beautiful journey home to your true self We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the peaceful, vibrant energy that lives inside you. Through gentle Tai Chi and Qigong practices, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. As we gather outdoors, we’ll also take a moment to appreciate our connection to the Earth—feeling grounded, supported, and renewed in nature’s embrace.
