WE WANT YOU to help the Military Women’s Memorial (MWM) build Team MWM.

Team MWM is a community united by purpose.

Team MWM is more than a finish line. Every step, every mile, and every act of support helps ensure that women who have served, and continue to serve, are seen, honored, and never forgotten, while inspiring and empowering the next generation through their stories of service.

More than a team and more than any race—Team MWM is a movement to carry her legacy forward, to lift her story into the light, to empower and inspire through active remembrance, and to stand together in honoring our women patriots and their strength, sacrifice, and courage across more than 250 years of service to our Nation.

**A fundraising commitment is part of Team MWM athlete participation ($500 minimum in addition to purchase of your race bib). Funds go to support the Military Women's Memorial, a 501(c)(3), nonprofit and its mission.

Situated at the ceremonial entrance to Arlington National Cemetery, the Military Women’s Memorial is the only major national memorial and education center dedicated to preserving and honoring the history of all servicewomen – past and present. More than 3 million women have served in the military since the American Revolution, yet the stories of these courageous patriots are largely untold.

For nearly 30 years, the mission of the Memorial has been to honor and tell the stories of service of all women who have served our nation. By ensuring these stories of honor, duty, and sacrifice live on in perpetuity, future generations of girls and women are able to see clear pathways and leadership examples through women's service and leadership.

The Memorial educates and inspires through innovative and interactive exhibitions, our world-class collections, and engaging programs and events for all generations.
