Shawn Chidiac is the man behind @myparents_are_divorced and all the voices that come with him.

Lebanese, born in Canada. Raised in Dubai by a single mum. Followed by over 1.1 million people across social media who watch him turn into other people, the accents, the characters, the impressions that feel like someone from your own family. With his mass of online success it has allowed him to sell out venues such as Dubai Opera.

Live, he does it right in front of you. He writes every word himself. The characters come out, the accents land, and stories from his own mixed-up childhood turn into jokes that feel like they're about yours. That's the whole idea.

COMEDY CLUB MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED IN BACK OF BUILDING OFF OF PARKING LOT. Shows will be held on the lower level of The Norwood Theatre building.

— Most tables seat 4 total guests. You may be seated with strangers if your party has less than four guests.

— All shows are 17 and over. 21+ to drink.

—2-Item Minimum (soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor)*

— 20% gratuity added to all checks.

— No dress code.

— Shows run about an hour and 15 minutes.

— Doors open 45 minutes prior to show-time. Arriving at least 15 minutes before the show is always a good idea!

— Seating is first come first serve with a strict no-call, no-show policy. Please call us if you are running late!

*The two-item minimum policy requires each guest to purchase a minimum of two items from our menu during their visit, this can include any combination of soft drinks or alcoholic beverages.

Upon entry of the venue, (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner (The Comedy Bar), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Owner") the right to photograph, record, film and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness (collectively, "Footage") and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising and promotion, subject in all respects in Owner's sole discretion.
