Pearls and Perlage

Join us at Björnson Vineyard as we welcome St. Innocent Winery, Iterum Wines, and Bryn Mawr Vineyards for an afternoon of Method Oregon sparkling wines paired with fresh local oysters from Netarts Bay and charcuterie. Spend the afternoon tasting alongside the winemakers themselves, a rare opportunity to ask questions, hear their stories, and gather a few “pearls” of sparkling wine wisdom along the way.

At 3:00 pm, Mark Vlossak of St. Innocent will present a special disgorgement demonstration, a traditional technique he's performed by hand for 36 years.
