What is transit fantasy?

Detroit and its broader metro region have no mass transit system. Over many years map lover, transit nerds, and commuters alike have imagined fake mass transit systems and ideal fantasy transit lines to better connect the region. We start with our dreams of mass transit.

Why does this matter?

We like to think that keeping dreams and imagining a better future is far better than lamenting the present status quo. Transportation Riders United and others will share tangible ways to get involved and advocate for better mass transit.
