Overview

This talk will challenge you to stop waiting for a title and start acting like the strategist you already are.

You don't need a C-Suite title to operate like one. In fact, some of the most strategic communicators do their best work without the corner office, because they've learned to think differently about their role, their relationships, and their influence.

In this session, you'll walk away with practical tools and mindset shifts to help you plan strategically, build trust across your organization, and show up as the communications leader your team needs — no matter where you sit on the org chart. Whether you're a team of one or part of a growing department, this talk will challenge you to stop waiting for a title and start acting like the strategist you already are.

Breakfast will be provided.

Meet the Speaker

Julie Masson

Julie Masson spent 18 years working her way from social media manager to Chief Communications Officer in the nonprofit sector. And now she helps communicators and organizations put that experience to work. Julie is based in Kansas City and is passionate about helping nonprofit communicators lead well from wherever they sit on the org chart.
