Hidden in Plain Sight: Our Generational Opportunity to Restore Baltimore’s Waterfront Promenade

$85 / Includes beer, wine, and hors d'oeuvres / Tickets required / Limited capacity

MEMBERS OF THE CENTER CLUB SHOULD MAKE RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR MEMBER PORTAL / FREE Parking under building

Connecting 75 acres of green space, 13 public parks, 14 museums and monuments, more than a dozen local attractions, six historic neighborhoods and countless shops and restaurants, Baltimore’s Waterfront Promenade is a gem “hidden in plain sight,” but 50 years has taken its toll on this once iconic landmark and amenity.

Our blue ribbon panel will discuss what it will take to restore Baltimore’s Promenade to its place as one of the premier urban multi-use paths in the country. Attendees will get an in-depth look at our generational opportunity to restore this gem as a connector of all things Baltimore and a center of cultural and outdoor activities for locals and visitors alike.

MODERATOR
Drew Skibitsky of MWE

SPEAKERS
Dan Taylor, President, Waterfront Partnership

Adam Genn, Vice President, MCB Harborplace

Caitlin Audette, Baltimore City’s Downtown Planner

Andy Frank, Cap Ex Advisory Group, author of a recent study on the Promenade

Parking: Complimentary parking is available under the building. Entrance is located on Charles Street just north of Pratt Street. Please have your photo ID ready to show the parking attendant or front desk in lobby.
