Thursday, April 16  •  6 PM - 9 PM
Overview

A monthly meetup at HOME in East Nashville exploring AI’s real impact on music, creativity, and careers.

The AI in Music Meetup is BACK for 2026 and happening on the Third Thursday of each month!

This is the forum where serious builders and visionary creators unite to explore the biggest shift our industry has ever seen.

Artists! Take STRM AI powered career assessment here.

RSVP now to secure your spot in Nashville's most important monthly conversation about the future of music.

What You'll Experience:

6:00-6:30 PM — Open Networking
Connect with builders, creators, and AI enthusiasts over Cali Sober drinks and 5 Points Pizza :)

6:30-7 PM — STRM for Labels
Take a deep dive into STRM for Labels platform, demystifying how labels and A&R teams identify talent today, and showing how artists can actively improve the signals that drive discovery and deal-making.

7-7:20 PM — Voice Modeling on Your Local Machine
This presentation covers an offline, open-source Python-based program used to build custom AI voices, blend vocal characteristics and experiment with voice models from isolated A Capella recordings.

7:20-7:45 PM — Beyond Prompt Engineering
“Prompt Engineering” is quickly becoming an outdated way to think about working with AI. This presentation explores the shift toward Context Engineering: The practice of shaping the full information environment that an LLM actually uses to generate output. If you want better, more reliable results from AI, the real game is no longer just the prompt.

7:45-8:10 PM — Building Custom AI Visual Tools
This month Vltra Violet will demonstrate how to design and build a browser-based HUD (Heads-Up Display) Studio for music video, website, and live performance visuals. You'll learn how to communicate your creative vision to an AI, how to give feedback that actually sticks, and how to lock in approved work so it doesn't get overwritten in the next iteration.

8:10-8:30 PM — Community Open Forum, Roundtable Discussion, Q&A with Guest Speakers
A group discussion where YOU can share your perspective on AI and how it’s reshaping the industry. Ask questions, voice concerns, explore possibilities.

Featured Speakers:

  • Fernando Gabriel: Global CEO of STRM, building the infrastructure for the next generation of independent artists through AI-powered distribution and career tools.
  • Peter "Manzo" Munzo: 11x billboards charting producer and engineer building AI-assisted audio tools and vocal modeling. His work explores creative, ethical ways to use offline machine learning for sound design, voice experimentation and music production.
  • Terence Ryan Melonas: Founder of Square Wave, a Nashville-based AI consultancy helping music professionals understand, navigate, and apply AI in practical ways across creation, marketing, operations, and the evolving business of music.
  • Vltra Violet: Multidisciplinary artist and educator blending AI-driven digital art, design, and music into hands-on workshops that teach how to use technology to expand your creative edge.
