A.B. McDonald Elementary SchoolMoscow, ID
Saturday, May 16  •  9 AM - 3 PM
Overview

This professional learning session is for participants in the IEA Center for Teaching and Learning Mentee Program.

Take a purposeful pause to reflect on your teaching journey with Reflect, Renew, and Reimagine Your Teaching, a professional development experience designed specifically for early career educators. While tailored for participants in the IEA Center for Teaching and Learning Mentee Program, this session welcomes all educators in the early stages of their career who are eager to grow and set a strong foundation for the future.

Using the Danielson Framework for Teaching as a guide, participants will reflect on the current school year—identifying key successes, uncovering areas for growth, and engaging in thoughtful dialogue with peers. The session will provide structured time and tools to support goal setting and planning for the year ahead, with a focus on continuous improvement and educator well-being.

Whether you’re wrapping up your first year or building on early career momentum, this session offers a supportive space to renew your purpose and reimagine your path forward in the classroom.

You can earn one $60 credit from the University of Idaho.

Space is limited.
