The Society of Innovators invites you to the launch of a new Innovation Dinner Series. These intimate, conversation-driven gatherings are designed to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, and creatives from across Northwest Indiana.
This first dinner features Marcos Hori, founder of MEGUMI, a Nikkei cuisine concept inspired by the refined fusion of Japanese technique and Peruvian soul.
The evening blends global food, local entrepreneurship, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed, creative setting. This exclusive experience is limited to just 35 guests.
Guests will enjoy a curated Nikkei tasting experience featuring:
- Signature maki rolls including Acevichado and Spicy Salmon
- Inka Roll with quinoa crunch
- Fresh tiradito cups with ají amarillo citrus
- Nikkei-style ceviche cups
- Vegetarian roll option
- House-made sauces and premium presentation
- Approximately 8–9 bites per guest
