4:30pm – Root to Rise (Signature Hot)
Build strength and stability from the ground up in this energizing, full-body flow.

6:00pm – Grateful & Strong (Sculpt & Flow)
Move with intention as we focus on strength, gratitude, and feeling empowered in your body.

7:30pm – Sounds of Nature (Candlelight Restore)
Slow down and unwind with a deeply relaxing, candlelit experience inspired by the calming rhythms of nature.
