Not all pain is the same—and knowing the difference can help you stay safe and active. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to tell the difference between normal aches and pains and signs that need attention. We’ll discuss which conditions benefit from exercise and which may need a different approach, along with how pain and stiffness can affect your daily routine and independence. You’ll also gain clear guidance on when to stay active and when to rest, so you can move with confidence and make the best choices for your health.
