Join us in person for a fun and hands-on Sourdough Workshop with the amazing team from Portage River Bakehouse! Learn the secrets of crafting delicious, bubbly sourdough bread right from the pros. Whether you're a beginner or just looking to brush up your skills, this workshop is perfect for anyone who loves good bread and great vibes.

We will take everyone through the entire process of sourdough making. Each guest will take home a mature starter, an extra jar for feeding, a spatula for feeding, and our class binder full of the information we will go over in class. We will have dough at different stages, in order to demonstrate the full process in 3 hours of time. We will offer some hands on opportunities for those that want to participate. We will also bring along freshly baked bread for guests to sample
