Overview

Biola University's Talbot School of Theology is coming back to Orlando for Lead the Way: Thinking Biblically in 2026.

LEAD THE WAY: NEW DATA, MORE BIBLE

Ministry today is filled with real challenges, including cultural confusion, spiritual fatigue, and the growing pressures leaders face in caring for God’s people. Yet this is also a moment of profound opportunity. In seasons like these, God often brings fresh strength, renewed vision, and surprising new movements of His Spirit. There is hope for a new work of God in our time, and faithful leaders play a vital role in preparing the church to receive it.

Join Talbot School of Theology for a one day conference created to equip and encourage pastors, ministry leaders, and their teams as they look toward the new year. Ministry is a sacred calling, and before the pace of a new season begins, we invite you to take a day to pause, learn, and be spiritually refreshed. Discover how Talbot is bringing seminary training to your city and experience teaching that is both theologically rich and practically helpful. The day will include ministry tools you can use immediately, along with intentional fellowship among fellow leaders.

We believe you will leave with renewed clarity, fresh encouragement, and a strengthened confidence in the work God has entrusted to you.
