Esencia Latina presents: Party de Marquesina

To celebrate Esencia Latina’s 25th anniversary, we wanted to create something that feels less like a show, and more like coming home.

Party de Marquesina is our love letter to the rhythms and cultures that raised us. For many of us, growing up Latino meant that every other week was a celebration, where the driveway or the porch became a sanctuary of sound and connection. Whether those memories were born in our home countries or right here in Philly, they all share the same soul: a house filled with the smell of good food, the sounds of constant laughter, and a never-ending playlist. We sought  to capture those small, beautiful moments that define our memories and cultures, and we hope the pieces spark as many nice memories for you as they did for us.
