Operation Change is a FREE, community-based program designed for women 40+ living with chronic health conditions. This town hall is an opportunity to learn about the program, connect with others, and explore simple, realistic ways to support your health and mobility.

What Is Operation Change?

Operation Change focuses on improving mobility, reducing joint pain, and supporting whole-person health through education, movement, and community connection. The program is provided at no cost and is not profit-driven.

• Women ages 40 and older
• Women managing chronic health conditions
• Anyone interested in moving better and feeling stronger

This is an informational and welcoming conversation — no pressure, no workouts required. Come learn, ask questions, and see if Operation Change is right for you.
