Level up your cooking with this basic knife skills class taught by a professional chef.

Hosted at Highlow Larder on Tiburon’s charming Main Street, this intimate, hands-on class is designed to transform the way you cook—starting with your knife.Led by chef and owner Liz, whose 15+ years of experience includes time in some of the world’s most respected kitchens—Chez Panisse, Fatted Calf, and Noma—this class focuses on the foundational techniques every home cook should know.Class includes a demonstration of knife skills, guided tutorials, and focus on safety and techniques. Together we will chop and prep our own fresh pico de gallo and guacamole using our new knife skills.Participants can choose to take home a Boos Block cutting board and chef's knife from the experience for an additional $150 (a $200 value so you get a nice discount!)What’s included:<ul><li>Live demonstration and guided, hands-on instruction</li><li>Focus on foundational cuts and safe knife handling</li><li>Pico de gallo and guacamole for snacking</li></ul>Optional add-on:Participants will have the opportunity to take home a Boos Block cutting board and chef’s knife for an additional $150 (a $200 value).
