Join Upstream Prevention for the last session in our Prevention 101 series with another training created by the Great Lakes Prevention Technology Transfer Center, highlighting the other building block of prevention priorities: protective factors! Participants will be introduced to the Social Development Strategy and protective factors (specifically as they relate to youth substance misuse), dive deep into the Social Development Strategy and how it applies to their work in the community.
We'll be at the Clark Pleasant JCPL Branch (350 Clearwater Blvd Whiteland, IN) on May 14, 2026, from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m. for this Lunch & Learn.
Attendees are eligible for Indiana Category 1 CE (Provider License #98001095A) if they attend the whole session (1.5 contact hours). Funding for this community education workshop is provided in part by a grant from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
