Join us for a special HikeHER Wellness Reset centered on honoring the women whose love, strength, and guidance have shaped our lives. This pre–Mother’s Day experience invites you to move your body, reflect deeply, and connect in community.We’ll begin with a guided group hike through nature, followed by our signature indoor Wellness Reset experience featuring meaningful conversation, connection, and our Legacy in Bloom floral station, where you’ll create a bouquet that symbolizes your journey and the women who poured into you.Come to honor. Come to reflect. Leave blooming. After the hike, we move indoors for our signature Wellness Reset — a guided, intentional space designed to help you slow down, release, and realign physically, mentally, and spiritually.<h2>🌿 Hike Details</h2>Hike Details: What to ExpectWe’ll be hiking the Cattail Pond Loop Trail (via AllTrails), a beautiful and engaging trail that gives us the perfect mix of movement, challenge, and connection.Distance: ~2.5 milesDuration: Approximately 2 hours (including group pacing + short pauses)Difficulty: Intermediate to AdvancedWhat to Expect:<ul><li>Uneven terrain with rocky paths and elevation changes</li><li>A steady pace with moments to pause, reflect, and connect</li><li>A more physically engaging hike than our beginner-friendly trails</li></ul>What to Wear/Bring:<ul><li>Proper hiking shoes or boots (highly recommended)</li><li>Comfortable activewear</li><li>Water (very important 💧)</li><li>Optional: small backpack, sunscreen, hat</li></ul>Important Note:This trail is best suited for those who are comfortable with moderate physical activity. If you’re newer to hiking, come prepared to challenge yourself—but also feel free to go at your own pace.
