We utilize local breweries to foster a community of fitness and beer enthusiasts in a welcoming atmosphere. We like to get social after class while getting to know our neighbors and supporting local businesses.  Whether it's your first yoga class or 500th class we hope you feel stronger, relaxed, and a little hoppier.

<h2>Happy Hour Yoga at Lincoln Ave Brewing</h2> Join us for a relaxed Happy Hour Yoga session at Lincoln Ave Brewing! Stretch, breathe, and unwind Meet us outside in the LAB Beer Garden for an all levels yoga flow to stretch, breathe, and unwind. Stick around after for a refreshing beverage or a bite to eat and get social while supporting local. Bring your own mat and water bottle. A few extra mats and blocks will be on hand on a first come, first served basis. All ages welcom on site for yoga but you must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Follow along on social @AlesandAsanas ***CANCELLATION POLICY***No shows forfeit 100% of their purchase and is non transferable.Should class be cancelled by Ales &amp; Asanas Yoga due to inclimate weather, refunds will be issued***
