Hi I’m Regan, and I own Regan’s Radiant Wellness. I am a certified Yoga Instructor & Intuitive Tarot Reader. My goal is to help others to find joy through honoring their bodies, building healthy habits, and changing to a mindset of joy and abundance.✨Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice meant to strengthen the body and prepare the mind for meditation. This helps you in your everyday life by improving concentration, minimizing pain, building strength, and relieving stress.✨Tarot is a powerful self reflection tool. It helps to highlight what you are not seeing in your life and draws attention to what needs to be done. There are no scary cards, simply lessons to be learned. Sessions can be done in person or over the phone.

Connect to your body &amp; breath in this 90 minute class. We use plenty of props, sound healing instruments, &amp; meditative techniques so you can truly unwind. Perfect for beginners, anyone with stress or body pain, or even advanced students who just want to relax. All props are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own mat and cozy blanket.
