Overview

A free, guided relationship experience live on Zoom. You're welcome to attend together or on your own.

Conflict doesn’t have to feel chaotic, confusing, or disconnecting. This guided workshop helps couples understand what’s really happening underneath tense moments and how to stay grounded, connected, and oriented using the 6 Relationship Pillars. Think of it as a calm, structured space to make sense of your patterns and learn how to shift the tone of conflict in real time.

During our time together, you’ll explore how each pillar supports you during moments of tension, what happens when a pillar weakens under stress, and how small adjustments can create meaningful change in the way you communicate.

This is for couples who are:

  • Feeling stuck in recurring arguments
  • Wanting to reduce reactivity and misunderstandings
  • Hoping to feel more like a team during hard moments
  • Curious about why conflict escalates so quickly
  • Ready to build healthier communication habits

You'll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of what drives your conflict patterns
  • Insight into how each of the 6 relationship pillars supports you under pressure
  • Simple tools you can use immediately to stay grounded during tense moments
  • A printable Reflection Worksheet to continue the conversation at home
  • Encouragement that blends emotional insight with practical, real‑life skills

This isn’t therapy and there’s no pressure to share. It’s coaching — supportive, approachable, and designed to help you navigate conflict with more clarity and compassion. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. (The Zoom link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the session.)

Give your relationship one hour of grounded, intentional care. It can shift the way you move through conflict, and the way you move toward each other.
