From mixing and rolling fresh pasta dough to filling it with a creamy, flavorful cheese filling, this class is a delicious introduction to classic Italian technique. Under Chef Brittany’s expert guidance, you’ll master the fundamentals of ravioli shaping and folding, then finish your dish with a simple, bright tomato sauce that lets the pasta shine. Perfect for beginners and pasta lovers alike, you’ll be guided step-by-step so you can confidently recreate ravioli at home.What You’ll Make: You’ll mix and roll fresh pasta dough, prepare a rich cheese filling, and hand-shape your own batch of ravioli. Your pasta will be finished with a simple tomato sauce designed to complement the delicate flavors of the filling. Along the way, you’ll learn essential pasta techniques, proper seasoning, and tips for working with fresh dough so you can bring these skills back to your own kitchen.
