Objectives:

• Define what a “zone of genius” is and contrast it with skill areas that drain energy.

• Guide attendees through recognizing their core strengths and unique value.

• Provide strategies for aligning daily tasks, roles, and business goals with those strengths.

• Empower participants to maximize productivity, fulfillment, and impact in their careers or businesses.


April 22 – The Art of Networking
Speaker: Shellie Bivins
Purpose:
• Build participants’ confidence and skill in forming meaningful professional relationships.
Objectives:
• Teach practical techniques for starting conversations, staying memorable, and building rapport.
• Show how to cultivate and maintain a strong professional network over time.
