Move Into the Weekend. Glow While You Do It.Dance Flow Fridays returns Friday, April 24th from 6–8PM with a glow in the dark twist. Instructor Adrian Woods is bringing the energy while the lights go low and the floor lights up. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping on the floor for the first time, this monthly experience is built for every level and every body.
