Each ceremony is a 90-minute, community-held ritual guided by one of our rotating facilitators.Each Full Moon is unique, inviting you to move, feel, and release what no longer serves—while being witnessed and held in community.Your journey may include: ✧ Activating or expressive movement (dance, yoga, somatic release) ✧ Breathwork + guided meditation ✧ Release rituals + energetic clearing ✧ Astrology + elemental insights ✧ Closing circle for integration + sharingThis is an invitation to shed, express, and reconnect—returning to your body, your truth, and the rhythm of the collective.

Your Lunar Guides (rotating)Sarah FerreseA certified Physician Assistant, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner devoted to integrative healing. Sarah bridges science, energy, and ancient earth wisdom. Her intention is to hold compassionate space for self-love, authenticity, and alignment—guiding you to reconnect with your inner alchemist and the cosmos within and around you. Grace KrauserA holistic practitioner specializing in massage therapy, Reiki, yoga, ceremonial medicine, and pelvic steaming. Grace leads lunar ceremonies, dance rituals, and embodied experiences rooted in presence, heart, and nervous-system nourishment. Her work honors the whole human with warmth, intuition, and deep respect. MysticAn artist and Ayurvedic practitioner whose healing journey began in childhood through painting. Mystic blends art, yoga, Ayurveda, and herbal wisdom to create deeply expressive and restorative ceremonial spaces. Her offerings invite creativity, emotional release, and soulful remembrance as pathways to wholeness.
