The recipient of the first-ever Texas BHA Leadership in Public Land and Water Conservation Award, he resides in a 1910 bungalow in a historic district of Houston.

Jason Rolfe is the editor of Bellingham-based The Flyfish Journal, as well as the co-host of the Journal's podcast, Sidechannels. Previously, Rolfe founded the popular fly-fishing reading series Writers on the Fly, which has held events up and down the West Coast. He lives in Olympia, WA, with his wife and son and their two dogs.
