What is the age limit?

Anyone ages 4 and up can participate. Ages 4-8 can make the $60 items and ages 8 and up can make anything. The experience is great for all ages - kids and adults alike!

Do I need to show up early?

Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your class begins to sign in and pick what you'd like to make.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel your appointment, otherwise your ticket becomes non-refundable.

Question 4

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

No - you can wear whatever you’re most comfortable in. We do recommend closed-toed shoes, and keep in mind that it can get warm in the hot shop.

Question 5

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is an additional $50.00 per one or two items within the US. If you cannot make it back to pick up your pieces within 30 days just give us a call and we can organize shipping over the phone.

Question 6

Do I take my piece home with me at the end of the class?

Accepted Answer

Your piece is yours to keep, but it must cool overnight. It will be ready for pickup the next business day after 1 PM. We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 1 PM to 9 PM and will hold your piece for 30 days. Shipping is available for an additional fee.
