The Inner Grounding Circle is a space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
This monthly virtual circle is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently move forward with clarity.
We begin by grounding into the present moment—calming the nervous system and creating space to listen inward. From there, we shift into simple reflection and aligned action, helping you take what you’re noticing internally and apply it in a way that feels supportive and realistic in your daily life.
This is where insight meets integration.
This meeting helps you reconnect with a sense of inner calm, clarity, and self-trust so you can move through life from a grounded, supported place instead of constant survival mode. This event is part of the Awaken Her Community events, which you can learn more about here.
What happens inside the circle:
- Gentle grounding practices to calm your nervous system
- Guided reflection or journaling to reconnect with yourself
- Insight and conversation around themes like self-trust, inner safety, and your inner voice
- A supportive space to share and be heard
- A closing moment to anchor what you want to carry forward
Come as you are, and leave feeling inspired, supported, and empowered.
We will be doing some journaling so bring something to write in and with, if you wish. Our women's circle is designed to feel like an intimate, in-person gathering. To create a truly safe and connected environment, we ask that all participants turn on their cameras during the session. Seeing each other’s faces helps us build trust and vulnerability, which are core to the growth and support we aim for in this circle.
