Washington Studio School is a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit studio arts organization whose mission is to draw out the artist in everyone through classes, workshops, exhibitions and free public programs. We teach how to see and create through drawing, painting and sculpture. We offer classes, workshops, exhibitions and programs to engage, connect and bring people together with a fresh approach to traditional studio art. Join us for an exciting evening where sake meets the dance floor!

This isn't your average fundraiser. It’s a lively party where the music is as smooth as the sake! Ditch the formal wear for your best creative cocktail attire and get ready for a night of funky grooves from Les the DJ. Enjoy exclusive sake pours and expert-led lessons from DC Sake Co., perfectly paired with gourmet bites from Residents Cafe &amp; Bar and River Club. When you aren't on the dance floor, you can watch a live calligraphy performance by Sumi-e artist Mark Malecki or indulge in the stunning atmosphere featuring custom ikebanas provided by Ikebana International (D.C. Chapter). You can even head to the bar to grab a signature sake cocktail! Join us to dance and sip in support of Washington Studio School!
