What time does the event start and end?

Those who secured a free ticket will receive priority seating. However, after 6:30 PM, all seats will be released and filled on a first come, first seated basis.

What if I registered but didn’t receive my ticket?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t locate it, email us at thegathering@plugint.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I attend if I didn’t register?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you're welcome to attend! Please note, however, that seating is not guaranteed without a ticket. Once we reach capacity, we will not be able to admit additional guests.

Will the event be live-streamed?

Is there parking at the venue?

There are paid parking lots around and near the venue, please ensure that you follow the guidelines of each lot as they are all individually operated and not connected to The Gathering or the venue.

Is childcare provided?

Childcare is not provided. If attending with children under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, friends are welcome. We allow up to two tickets per registration, so you are more than welcome to bring a friend. The tickets will be delivered via email to the person that registered and will be under the buyer's name and email. We recommend arriving together for swift check-in.

Can I bring food or drinks inside?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

How do I get involved as a volunteer?

We'd love to have you serve! You can sign up to volunteer for The Gathering at plugint.org/thegathering. Volunteers play a vital role in making every Gathering run smoothly.
