Mandalas for Mindful Kids – Paint & Wellness Class

Step into a colorful world of creativity and calm with this fun and engaging mandala painting class designed especially for kids! In this beginner-friendly experience, children will explore the art of mandala dot painting while learning simple mindfulness tools that help support focus, relaxation, and emotional balance.

Mandalas—ancient symbols of wholeness and harmony—offer children a playful yet powerful way to slow down, express themselves, and feel grounded. Through color, pattern, and repetition, kids naturally enter a calm, focused state that can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and build confidence.

In this class, we’ll encourage a beginner’s mind, where there’s no pressure to be perfect—just curiosity, creativity, and self-expression. Children will learn basic dot-painting techniques, explore color and pattern, and create their own unique mandala artwork to take home.
