Led by Rachel Christine, this immersive workshop blends over 20 years of experience in breathwork, sound healing, Qigong, and Yin yoga. Through a thoughtfully guided journey, you’ll release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and bring your body back into a state of balance.

Qigong, often described as “meditation in motion,” works with the same energy pathways as acupuncture, using gentle movement and breath to awaken the body, calm the mind, and restore the natural flow of energy.

Theme: Root Chakra

This experience centers around the Root Chakra, our energetic foundation. When balanced, it allows us to feel safe, grounded, and supported in our lives. You’ll be guided through practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, stabilize your energy, and cultivate a deep sense of inner security.

Because before we can grow, achieve, love, or create, we must first feel safe enough to land.
