Join us in the Upper East Side for fun, empowering strength training just for women 60+—let’s get moving!

Join Our 60+ Women's Only Strength Training Session!


This is a 45 minute strength class specifically for women in the 60+ age group who want to protect their bodies by building muscle, maintain independence, and move better for longevity. This class will adapt to your level of weight training -- whether you've been to the gym before or are a total beginner! Our focus will be:

Increase and maintain bone density and muscle mass, especially for those with early osteoporosis.

Learning safe ways to train - with guidance every step of the way

Training movements that make sense for your life

Working out is about creating the strength you need to add LIFE to your YEARS -not just years to your life. As a certified personal trainer with experience with individuals 60+, I'll help you safely and effectively build and maintain the strength you deserve to keep living life to the fullest with less worries, aches, and pains. Now is the time to start!

TIME: 10:45AM - 11:30AM

LOCATION: 410 East 88th St at "Dungeons and Dragons Gym." Must go down the stairs to basement level. This is a no-shoes or inside-shoes only facility. Bring a filled water bottle.

About me:

I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 5’0” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I’m excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team!

Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces. I have experience working with seniors, those with adaptive workout needs, and online coaching.
