An evening of chef-curated dishes and wines selected by Arizona’s only Master Sommelier, Robert Smith.

Set on our beautiful Four Peaks Lawn with sweeping desert views, Pigs & Pinot is a vibrant, open-air culinary experience featuring picnic-style dining with chef-driven culinary stations.

Begin with a welcome glass of sparkling Crémant d’Alsace, then move through a series of culinary stations featuring a full selection of flavorful pork preparations.

Culinary Stations Include:

• Carnitas & Al Pastor Tacos
• BBQ Pork Sliders
• Chicharrones Guisados
• Pork Ragu with Fresh Pasta
• Porchetta

A curated selection of Pinot varietals will be poured throughout the evening, including Pinot Noir from Oregon and New Zealand, crisp Pinot Blanc from Alsace, and refreshing Pinot Gris—each chosen to elevate the menu. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase these wines at a special event price.
