CT Social Babes will also have wine available while supplies last.At The Sushi Class, we bring people together through food, fun, and a hands-on sushi-making experience designed for everyone — no experience required. Whether you're attending with friends or coming solo, expect a relaxed, social environment with plenty of laughs and great food.How the Class Works: The experience begins with a live chef-led introduction, where we go over the materials, tools, and fresh ingredients you’ll be using. You’ll learn the basics of sushi rice, seaweed, fillings, and rolling techniques so you feel confident before getting started.Next, the chef will perform a live demonstration of a classic California roll, breaking down each step with helpful tips and a little humor along the way.After the demonstration, it’s your turn! Guests roll sushi at their own pace while enjoying the atmosphere, music, wine, and socializing with the group.
