IRT is a grassroots laboratory for independent theater and performance in New York City, providing space and support to a new generation of artists. The WIT Factor is a theater festival that uplifts and celebrates Women+ identifying college seniors and early career-professionals.

A sadistic female CEO abducts a failed actor, turned drama therapist, and collars him to the wall of her apartment.
