This four-part series is designed to take you from wine curious to confidently ordering, tasting, and pairing like a pro. Each class builds on the next, combining education with guided tastings so you can learn while you sip.
Whether you're brand new to wine or looking to refine your palate, this experience is approachable, interactive, and fun.
Each session includes a curated tasting and hands-on education covering everything from how wine is made to how to pair it with food.
What You’ll Learn Each Week
Week 1: From Vineyard to Glass
Get a foundational understanding of how wine is made. We’ll cover the winemaking process, common grape varietals, and what actually creates the flavors in your glass.
Week 2: Wine Regions of the World
Explore the differences between Old World and New World wines and how geography, climate, and tradition influence taste and style.
Week 3: How to Taste Wine + Food Pairing
Learn how to properly taste wine, identify flavor profiles, and confidently pair wines with food to elevate any experience.
Week 4: Serving, Storing & Caring for Wine
Understand proper serving temperatures, glassware, storage tips, and how to keep your wine tasting its best at home.

- Classes are held Saturdays in May from 1–3 PM
- Dates: May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23

- No experience necessary — perfect for beginners and wine lovers alike
