This training guides you into working with instruments, voice, and the subtle field so your offerings feel grounded, responsive, and deeply attuned.

While many sound trainings focus on technique, this space centers something deeper such as learning how to listen, track the nervous system, and respond to what is unfolding in real time.

Foundations — May 30 1-7pm

An introduction to sound as a relational practice.

You’ll learn:

• Deep listening and nervous system awareness
• How to work with instruments and voice
• Guiding simple sound journeys with clarity and care

Practitioner Level — May 31 11am-5pm

A deeper immersion into facilitation and energetic tracking.

You’ll learn:

• How to lead full sound baths and 1:1 sessions
• Track and respond to energetic shifts in real time
• Work with voice, tone, and rhythm
• Explore toning and Light Language as part of your sound practice

Investment

$333 per level
$555 for both (bundle rate)

You may enroll in Foundations, Practitioner Level, or both as a pathway of deepening.
