Can I switch from in-person registration to virtual registration?

No. If you need to change from an in-person ticket to a virtual ticket, you must cancel your in-person registration and purchase a new virtual ticket.

Please keep our 30-day refund and cancellation policy in mind.

Can I switch from virtual registration to in-person registration ?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can change your registration from a virtual ticket to an in-person ticket directly through Eventbrite, subject to availability. Log in to your Eventbrite account, go to Tickets, select your registration, and choose the option to change your ticket type. You’ll be charged the difference.

When will virtual attendees receive the Zoom link?

The Zoom link will be emailed to registered virtual attendees 2–3 days before the workshop.

Do I have to book my own accommodation?

Yes. However, the workshop has a discounted nightly rate at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront, where the workshop is taking place. You will receive information on booking a hotel at this discounted rate once you are registered.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

You can request a refund up to 30 days before the workshop starts. Please note that fees are non-refundable.

What is included with my registration?

Your registration includes access to all workshop presentations and recordings for a limited time after the event. In-person registration also includes refreshments, snacks, and lunch during the workshop.

Can I register for only one day?

Registration is for the full two-day workshop. Single-day registration is unavailable.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes. You can update the attendee information through Eventbrite. Please ensure the new attendee's information is entered correctly.

Will recordings be available after the workshop?

Yes. Workshop recordings will be available to registered attendees for a limited time after the event. Proceedings will be posted to our website for everyone to view.
