6-Week Spring into Summer Yoga Challenge

Deepen your practice with the chakras, while learning about the yamas, the ethics of yoga on how we relate to others and the world.

Week 1 (4/14): Root to Rise with Ahimsa (Non-Violence): Cultivate safety and self-trust by connecting to your root chakra and strengthening your feet/legs

Week 2 (4/21): Sacral Activation to Awaken Brachmacharya (Energy Integrity/Control): Awaken your sacral energy and internal control with your joints and hips

Week 3 (4/28): Core Power with Asteya (Non-Stealing): Connect to your core and solar plexus chakra without taking from others

Week 4 (5/5): Open Your Heart with Aparigraha (Non-Grasping): Allow yourself to let go and open your heart, chest, back, and shoulders

Week 5: (5/12): Express Your Truth (Satya = Truth): Align your throat, third eye, and crown chakras so you can speak your truth

Week 6: (5/19): Live Your Practice Yoga + Sound Bath Celebration: Integrate what you've learned with a 1-hour yoga flow + 30-minute mini sound bath experience + snacks + sips; start at 6:30pm instead of 7pm *NOTE: If you attend classes all 6 weeks, please notify organizers for a discount.


You’ll be guided with options throughout each class so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. Our space is friendly, supportive, and judgment-free — come as you are.

Please bring:
• Your own yoga mat
• Optional: blanket or cushion
• Optional: yoga blocks


About the Instructor: Odelia is a movement guide (yoga/barre) and ACC-certified life coach who helps clients move with intention. She was born and raised in San Francisco and loves being in community with the diverse cultures of the city. Her style of teaching focuses on cultivating people's mind, body, and spirit connections through yoga, barre, qi gong, breathing, and meditation. She has taught over 1,500 movement classes and pays attention to each participant with love and care. She integrates her encouraging, mindful energy as a movement guide with her curious, compassionate presence as a life coach. Odelia's mission is to empower people to access their innate creativity and authenticity, so they can shine brightly as themselves with the collective.
