Navigating Perimenopause: A Women’s Wellness Series
Part 3: Self-Care Workshop with Essential Oils & Moxa
Step into a supportive, calming space designed for women navigating the transitions of perimenopause. This three-part experience is created to help you better understand your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of balance during a time that can often feel uncertain.
Soak in the full experience and attend all three session or join in a la carte.
Learn practical, at-home strategies to support your body and mind through perimenopause. This hands-on session explores the use of essential oils and moxibustion (moxa) to help manage symptoms, boost relaxation, and support energy balance. Participants will leave with actionable self-care tools they can integrate into daily life, empowering them to take control of their wellbeing throughout this transition.
This session offers additional time for rest and integration through acupuncture. Ideal for those wanting deeper support, this portion allows the body to continue unwinding while reinforcing the benefits of treatment. A calm, supportive space to fully settle the nervous system and leave feeling more grounded, restored, and balanced.
