Come experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls, with a guided meditation and simulated rainstorm. During this sound bath we will focus on cleansing and purifying our energy. We will explore each chakra and clear away what no longer serves us. Just like the rain cleanses and purifies the air, the sound waves from the crystal bowls will cleanse and purify your energetic field, leaving you feeling light, balanced and refreshed.

You will be lying on the floor (*or chair if requested) for this sound bath.

What to bring:

*a yoga mat or blanket

*pillow

*journal & pen

*water or drink of your choice

*any other items for comfort - this is for you!😘
