Saturday Morning Sound Immersion

Take some time and release some stress with a full sound immersion with gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments.

Start the day with a full sound immersion! Various instruments will be used to shift you into a relaxed state. A great way to release stresss fo the season! Instruments could include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, shruti box, Solfeggio chimes, and other delights such as "the tinkle bells or fairy bells". This is the last sound event of 2025 and I hope you will join in.
