Pavek After Dark: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Launched in honor of our 35th anniversary in 2023, this annual event showcases a live radio play featuring members of the Minnesota Broadcasters Hall of Fame and includes a silent auction supporting the Pavek Museum’s mission—to connect generations through history, art, and technology; inspire innovation with dynamic experiences; and preserve the past through hands-on education.

What to Expect

• A live radio drama based on Washington Irving's short story, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, performed by legendary Minnesota Broadcasters Hall of Fame members
• Professional live sound effects performed by members of the Red-Throated League of Minnesota

• A silent auction benefiting the Pavek Museum’s mission
• Heavy appetizers and a cash bar catered by France44

• NEW this year: Booze Blind Box - our take on a wine pull. Guests can purchase a Booze Blind Box for $20 each or three for $50, while supplies last. VIP ticket holders get a 30-minute head start!

All proceeds from ticket revenue, silent auction sales, and booze blind box sales directly support what we do.

Every ticket purchased and silent auction bid directly supports the Museum's work to preserve our historic collection, provide accessible educational programming, and inspire curiosity and innovation for future generations.
