Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!About this Dish: Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizza across Italy. One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza Napoletana</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Pizzaiolo teaches the group how to make Pizza Napoletana</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own Pizza Napoletana dough from scratch by hand to take home</li><li>Top your own Pizza Napoletana to enjoy in class with 2 glasses of wine or beer</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
