Starting this spring, every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30–9:30 AM, this all-levels class will combine breathwork, a flowing Vinyasa practice, and a guided meditation with soothing sound healing.Pricing:<ul><li>$20 for Miller residents</li><li>$25 for all others</li></ul>Pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.
